Consumer Description

I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 12/19 TO GET MY VEHICLE FIXED IN ACCORDANCE TO RECALL VA7 AND VB1/NHTSA 19V-757. I AM CURRENTLY ON 3 WAITING LISTS FROM 3 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS TO GET THIS SAFETY RECALL FIXED. I'VE BEEN TOLD BY THESE DEALERSHIPS THAT THE PARTS AREN'T AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, I CONTACTED FCA RECALL ASSISTANCE AND WAS TOLD THE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. WHEN I RECONTACTED THE DEALERSHIPS WITH THIS INFORMATION, I WAS TOLD AGAIN THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS. IT'S BEEN A YEAR WAITING FOR THIS RECALL TO BE FIXED.
