TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS AND TURN SIGNAL SWITCH MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING THE SIGNAL TO FLASH INCORRECTLY INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS WERE DIM. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 130,000.
