TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 SUBARU FORESTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD FRACTURED WITHOUT IMPACT. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER WHO STATED THE WINDSHIELD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,000.
