Consumer Description

UPPER CONTROL ARMS ON BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF LOUD NOISES WHEN GOING OVER EVEN SMALL BUMPS AND ALSO WHILE ATTEMPTING TO STEER CAR AT SLOW SPEEDS. EACH SIDE WAS REPLACED IN QUICK SUCCESSION, ABOUT A MONTH OR TWO APART AND WAS OUTSIDE OF THE 5 YR/100000 MILE WARRANTY AND SERVICE AND PART CHARGES INCURRED. SERVICE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW APPROXIMATE, DONT HAVE THE ACTUAL DATE HANDY
