Consumer Description

AFTER RUNNING ERRANDS, I PARK BY MY FRONT DOOR TO UNLOAD MY CAR. AFTER UNLOADING, I GET BACK IN TO PARK IT IN MY GARAGE ONLY TO FIND MY CENTER SCREEN IS BLANK. I'M UNABLE TO USE THE FUNCTIONS CONTROLLED BY IT (REAR VIEW CAMERA, GARAGE DOOR OPENER, ETC.) UNTIL THE REBOOT PROCESS COMPLETES. TESLA DOES NOT CONSIDER THIS A DEFECT AND WILL NOT REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY. THIS HAPPENS NEARLY EVERYTIME I FOLLOW THIS PROCESS.
