Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IN THE DRIVEWAY OF HIS RESIDENTS THERE WERE DROPS OF OIL IN THE DRIVEWAY. NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND DETERMINED THAT THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE OIL WAS REPLACED IN THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. NO DEALER WAS CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000.
