Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED THE DEATH WOBBLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SPEEDS WAS REDUCED AND THE FAILURE WAS ELIMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FORD STORE (17045 CONDIT RD MORGAN HILL, CA 95037, (408) 782-8201) WHERE AN UNKNOWN REPAIR TO THE FRONT SUSPENSION WAS PERFORMED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT CALLED BACK AND RESCHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 162,000.*DT*JB
