Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON AND OFF. THE CONTACT CALLED DCH CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT OF TEMECULA SERVICE CENTER (26845 YNEZ RD, TEMECULA, CA 92591, (951) 225-4541) AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SHORT IN THE OCR MODULE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE OCR MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED HOWEVER, THE REPLACEMENT PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.
