TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS JUMP STARTED AND MOVED OFF OF THE ROADWAY HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO MICHIANA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT (120 W MCKINLEY AVE, MISHAWAKA, IN 46545) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH AN AUXILIARY BATTERY FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS CURRENTLY BEING REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
