Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR MALFUNCTIONED AND THE SEAT BELT FAILED TO RETRACT AND SECURE THE DRIVER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HOLZHAUER MOTORS LOCATED AT 1200 S. 2ND ST, CHEROKEE, IA 51012-2139, AND DIAGNOSED THAT THE RETRACTOR ASSEMBLY WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
