Consumer Description

FOR THE SECOND TIME MY FRONT COLLISION BRAKING SYSTEM SENSOR HAS COME ON AND DISENGAGED MY CRUISE CONTROL WHILE I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED ON THE HIGHWAY. DEALERSHIP HAS CONFIRMED THIS CODE WHEN TAKEN INTO SHOP. THIS COULD CAUSE THE CAR TO BRAKE SUDDENLY WHILE DRIVING. NISSAN HAS NOT ISSUED A RECALL. I HAVE BEEN QUOTED OVER $1200.00 TO FIX. THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED ON MANY OCCASIONS. WHY HASN'T A RECALL BEEN ISSUED? I AM NOW AFRAID TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE WITH THIS FAULTY SENSOR.
