Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE DEFLATED AND AFTER INFLATING. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT REAR DRIVER'S SIDE WHEEL WAS CRACKED CAUSING THE AIR TO LEAK. THE CONTACT ALSO INDICATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED SEVERE VIBRATION DUE TO THE CRACKED WHEEL. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER MCGUIRE CHEVROLET LOCATED AT 63 HAMPTON HOUSE, HAMPTON, NJ 07860 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
