Consumer Description

I HAVE HAD THE BRAKES REPAIRED ON MY DAUGHTER'S CAR TWICE IN ONE YEAR. SHE CAN NO LONGER DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE THE BRAKES ARE SO BAD. THE RECALL WAS ALMOST A YEAR (DEC 2019) AGO AND I'M STILL WAITING ON THIS PART. WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THIS CAR SINCE 08/2020 DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY WITH STOPPING. NOW INSPECTION IS DUE AND I STILL CAN NOT GET THE BRAKES FIXED IN ORDER TO GET THE CAR INSPECTED AND PAY FOR THE TAXES/REGISTRATION. WHAT DO I DO?
