Consumer Description
MY SON DRIVING AT LOW SPEED COULD NOT MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE TO AVOID HITTING THE GUARD RAIL COMING OFF A HIGHWAY. IT WAS LIKE HE HYDROPLANED WITHOUT A PUDDLE IN EXISTENCE.
