Consumer Description

CAR WAS OFF AND PARKED. DROVE HOME COULD NOT GET TRUNK/TAIL GATE OPEN. KEY FLOB DID NOT WORK ON TRUNK BUT DID WORK ON ALL SIDE CAR DOORS. I HAD TO CLIMB INTO TRUNK THRU BACK SEAT TO GET GROCERIES OUT OF CAR TRUNK. I AM VERY CLOSE TO BEING 72 YEARS OLD AND IT WAS A COMPLETE STRUGGLE GETTING IN AND OUT OF TRUNK THRU BACK SEAT ESPECIALLY ON SLANTED DRIVEWAY.
