Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REFUELING, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HAVANA FORD, INC (302 S MAIN ST, HAVANA, FL 32333, 850-539-6565) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE EVAP PURGE VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000. *DT*DT*JB THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT HAVANA FORD 10/09/2020 AT OWNER'S EXPENSE AND REQUESTING A REFUND. *TR
