TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V439000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, BACK OVER PREVENTION) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS SEVERAL ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS FAILED TO OPERATE AS DESIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. MANSFIELD MOTOR GROUP (1493 PARK AVE W, MANSFIELD, OH 44906, (419) 529-4000) WAS CONTACTED AND FAILED TO REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,999.
