I AM BEING TOLD THAT MY CAR IS NOT DRIVABLE AND THAT IT CAN BE REPAIRED AT NO COST TO ME BUT I AM BEING TOLD THAT I MUST DRIVE IT TO A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP ON A LATER DATE . WHICH BASICALLY MEANS I HAVE TO RISK MY LIFE UNTIL THEN . I AM THEN BEING TOLD I WON'T GET A LOAN VEHICLE. AND THAT I WON'T BE REIMBURSED FOR THE EXPENSE OF BRINGING THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP . I AM BEING FORCED TO MISS WORK BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A VEHICLE NOW . WHICH IS ALL COSTING ME A LOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT NO COST TO ME.
