Consumer Description

COOLING FAN SHROUD IS DETERIORATING CAUSING THE FAN BLADES TO SCRAPE IT. MY TRUCK IS OUT OF WARRANTY BUT STILL ONLY HAS 40,000 MILES ON IT. I HAD TO REMOVE THE SHROUD TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE AND OR A BREAKDOWN WHILE DRIVING. IT APPEARS TO HAVE PARTIALLY MELTED WITH THE EXPECTED HIGH TEMPERATURES. I HAVE HAD NO OVERHEATING INCIDENTS TO CAUSE THIS.
