BRAKE PADS NOT WORN AFTER 28000 MILES BUT DEEP GROOVES IN ROTORS BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT. DIAGNOSED BY 2 TECHNICIANS (2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS) AS DEFECTIVE BRAKE PADS.
