Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK ENCORE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITH THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE BATTERY HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE STALLED AFTER FIVE MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DEACON JONES CHEVROLET BUICK GMC OF CLINTON (1615 SUNSET AVE, CLINTON, NC 28328 (910) 684-4834) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A CRACK IN THE ENGINE BLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
