Consumer Description

JUST PICKED UP NEW TO ME USED VEHICLE 8/21/20. 8/22/20 THE EPS LIGHT CAME ON AND EXTREMELY HARD TO DRIVE. TOOK IT STRAIGHT TO THE DEALER'S. I DID RECEIVE A LOANER CAR. PICKED IT UP ON 8/26/20. GOT ABOUT 1/2 MILE FROM HOME AND THE EPS CAME ON. THIS MEANS YOU HAVE NO POWER STEERING. VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. CALLED DEALER BACK. THEY ARE BRINGING ME A LOANER AND TAKING MY CRV BACK TO TRY AND GET DIAGNOSIS. VERY UPSET AS I NEED THIS VEHICLE FOR WORK SATURDAY.
