Consumer Description
IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS MY TRUCK HAS LOST ALL ELECTRIC POWER WHILE MAKING A SLOW RIGHT TURN. VOLTAGE DROPS AND I LOSE POWER STEERING. DEALERSHIP PUT A NEW BATTERY DESPITE THERE BEING AN ACTIVE RECALL FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE. HOWEVER, MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. I WAS ABLE TO VIDEO IT HAPPENING. IT HAPPENS WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION
