TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 TESLA MODEL S. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MONITOR FOR THE BACK-UP CAMERA WAS INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE THE DEALER TESLA (28721 CANWOOD STREET, BLDG-A, AGOURA HILLS, CA 91301, 816-540-4729 AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE MCUV1 MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE HARDWARE WAS USED TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM BUT WAS INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
