Consumer Description

DRIVER NOTED UNUSUAL LACK OF POSITIVE CONTROL SENSATION DURING NORMAL MANEUVERING WHILE DRIVING. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO LOCAL SERVICE CENTER. SUSPENSION, W08HEEL AND TIRE MATERIAL CONDITION APPEARED SATISFACTORY. LUG NUTS WERE SWOLLEN. 24 LUG NUTS HAD TO BE REPLACED. TIRES WERE ROTATED. VEHICLE MANEUVERING APPEARS NORMAL AFTER REPAIR. FINDING AND REPAIR WAS COMPLETED BY TOM FROST FIRESTONE, INC. WARRENTON, VA 20186 INVOICE 1012727 540-347-1500
