TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR LATCH HAD MALFUNCTIONED AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT REMAIN CLOSED OR LOCKED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
