Consumer Description

MY 2013 JUKE SL BROKE DOWN WHILE I WAS DRIVING. THE CAR SLOWED DOWN AND THEN CAME TO A STOP AND WOULDN'T START. IT WAS TOWED TO A NISSAN SERVICE DEALERSHIP. THEY FOUND THAT THE ENGINE TIMING CHAIN BROKE AND DAMAGED MY ENGINE. I WAITED WEEKS TO HEAR BACK FROM NISSAN CORPORATE OFFICE. THEY WILL DO NOTHING. I BOUGHT THE CAR BRAND NEW AND DOESN'T HAVE 60,000 MILES ON IT. THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP WILL GIVE ME 500.00 FOR TRADE IN. 2011-2013 JUKES HAVE HAD THIS FAULTY TIMING CHAIN. I CAN'T BELIEVE NISSAN WON'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME.
