Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR PANEL DETACHED FROM THE DOOR FRAME. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WIRES INSIDE OF THE DOOR PANEL WERE EXPOSED. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONSOLE NEAR THE GEAR SHIFT LEVER WAS ALSO SEPARATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROCKIE WILLIAMS PREMIER DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (600 PLEASANT GROVE RD, MT. JULIET, TN 37122) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE DOOR PANEL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 109,423.*DT*LN CONSUMER ALSO STATED WINDOW PANEL IS STARTING TO SEPARATE FROM THE DOOR FRAME ON REAR DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE AS WELL.*JB *TR
