Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WAS INOPERABLE. ADDITIONALLY, THE KEYFOB FAILED TO LOCK OR UNLOCK THE DOORS. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT RADIO DISPLAY UNIT WAS ALSO INOPERABLE CAUSING THE RADIO, BACK-UP CAMERA, AND SPEAKERS TO NOT FUNCTION AS DESIGNED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SPARK COMING FROM THE SPEAKER WIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RAY BRANDT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1660 WESTBANK EXPY, HARVEY, LA 70058, (504) 356-7062). THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE RADIO DISPLAY UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 122,000.
