TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 GENESIS G80. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE JERKED AND VIBRATED ABNORMALLY WHILE CHANGING GEARS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WEBB HYUNDAI LOCATED AT 1000 WEST 81ST AVE MERRILLVILLE IN 46410, AND DIAGNOSED WITH A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
