Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN JUKE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND WITH THE OIL LEVEL WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LYNCHBURG NISSAN (18588 FOREST RD, FOREST, VA 2455), AND WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
