TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO EXCEED 30 MPH WITH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RAY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (23 N US-12, FOX LAKE, IL 60020) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000. *LN*JB
