Consumer Description

THE VEHICLE'S PRIMARY SCREEN FOR CONTROLLING MOST FUNCTIONS, KNOWN AS THE MCU VERSION 1, CONSTANTLY CRASHES, WHILE DRIVING AND STATIONARY. WHEN IT IS OFF, I CANNOT USE MY REVERSE CAMERA, CONTROL HEAT/AC, NOT CAN I CHECK VARIOUS CAR STATUSES. IT IS A KNOWN DEFECT WITH TESLA. I AM BEING TOLD IT WILL EVENTUALLY STOP WORKING ALTOGETHER AND THERE WILL BE A $2500 COST TO REPLACE IT WITH THE SAME MCU WITH THE KNOWN DEFECT. *TR
