Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING MY VEHICLE THE MCU RANDOMLY SHUTS DOWN I LOSE MY INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SPEEDOMETER AND OTHER FUNCTIONS UNTIL THIS REBOOTING TAKES PLACE I HAVE HAD IT INTO TESLA FOUR TIMES EACH TIME THEY PERFORM SOME COMPUTER UPDATE WHICH DOES NOT WORK TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO TAKE VIDEOS OF THIS HAPPENING AND TIME STAMPS SO THEY CAN LOOK INTO IT AND I HAVE DONE THIS NUMEROUS TIMES THIS IS UNSAFE FOR ME TO BE DOING BUT I AM TRYING TO COOPERATE WITH THEM. THE MCU WAS DEFECTIVE AND THEY ARE STONEWALLING ME ON A REPLACEMENT.
