THE VEHICLE STOPS WHILE IN MOTION AND IN DRIVING GEAR THEN WHEEL LOCK UP. MAKING IT UNABLE TO PROCEED TO TURN OR DRIVE. THIS DOES NOT MATTER IF ON HIGHWAY OR PUBLIC STREET. HAD TO HAVE CAR TOWED TO COTTMANS AND THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THIS ISSUE IS KNOWN AND WAS COVERED BY MANUFACTURERS UNDER CODES P0011 AND P2646. YOUR ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED WITH RESOLVING THIS MATTER AS MY CAR IS NOT DRIVEABLE.
