WHEN STARTING OUT FROM A STOP, THE TRANSMISSION HESITATES WHEN SHIFTING GEARS ALMOST CAUSING MY VEHICLE TO BE REAR ENDED SEVERAL TIMES. THIS IS A CONSTANT PROBLEM.
