Consumer Description
ON JUNE 15,2020 I WASHED MY CAR AND DISCOVERED THAT THE PAINT ON THE HOOD WAS PEELING OFF. I THEN TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER AND THEY TOOK A PICTURE AND SENT TO HONDA CORPORATE. I ALSO FAXED MY COMPLAINT LETTER TO THE HONDA CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 6/18/2020. 6/22/2020 CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED BACK AND CONCLUDED THAT THE PEELING PAINT IS NOT MANUFACTURING DEFECT. HONDA REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY WRITTEN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DENIED FIXING THE PAINT ISSUE WHEN ASKED FOR ONE. A YEAR-OLD CAT'S PAINT SHOULD NOT BE PEELING OFF THIS EASILY. I OWN 2 OTHER OLDER HONDA VEHICLES AND HAVE HAD NO PAINT ISSUES. I JUST DISCOVERED THAT THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS IN THE INTERNET OF THIS PAINT ISSUES WITH HONDA VEHICLES 2018-2019. MY VEHICLE IS UNDER 5000 MILES. *TR
