Consumer Description

I RECEIVED A RECALL FROM FCA RECALL VB1. I CALLED THE DEALER ON MAY 15TH. THEY SAID TO BRING IT IN ON MONDAY MAY 18TH. I CALLED ON MONDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO PARTS UNTIL JUNE 1ST. I CALLED ON JUNE 1ST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND HE TOLD ME THERE ARE NO PARTS UNTIL JUNE 12TH!. THIS RECALL IDENTIFIES THAT THE EGR COOLER CAN LEAK COOLANT INTO THE MOTOR THAT COULD CAUSE A VEHICLE FIRE. IN THE LAST 8 WEEKS I HAVE PUT IN 6 GALLONS OF COOLANT.THIS IS THE ONLY VEHICLE I HAVE TO COMMUTE TO WORK IN.I DO NOT NEED LIP SERVICE I NEED IT FIXED NOW! *TR
