EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK. HE HAD WARMED UP HIS CAR BEFORE DRIVING ABOUT 10 MINUTES. ALL OF A SUDDEN HIS BACK WINDOW EXPLODED. WEATHER WAS COLDER. FOUND ONLINE THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH FORD'S WINDOWS HAVING ISSUES WITH WINDOWS GETTING TOO HOT AND THEN POPPING WHEN THE COLD AIR SURROUNDED IT.. *TR
