DASHBOARD IS MELTING CAUSING SEVERE GLARE ON THE WINDSHIELD WHICH IS OBSCURING MY VISION AND CREATING A HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITION TO VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS. I NOTICED THIS DURING TEST DRIVE OF THE CAR. ITS WORSE AND THE DEALER WILL NOT REPLACE THE PART SINCE WARRANTY EXTENSION EXPIRED 6/3/2019. A FULL SAFETY RECALL NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED. *TR
