Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THAT THE DOOR PANELS ON BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE DOORS WERE WARPED, LEAVING A SPACE BETWEEN THE DOOR FRAME AND THE DOOR PANEL. NAPLETON'S NORTHLAKE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (3701 NORTHLAKE BLVD, LAKE PARK, FL 33403) WAS CONTACTED AND NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
