Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT 60MPH A VEHICLE FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY ENTERING TRAFFIC, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND CRASHED INTO THE VEHICLE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE CONTACT DRIVER'S SIDE FRONTAL AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE NECK, BACK, SHOULDER'S, AND RIGHT KNEE AS HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE. THE STATE POLICE WAS PRESENT AND A REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTO BODY REPAIR FACILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,250.
