Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 20V036000 (POWER TRAIN) AND 19V818000 (EQUIPMENT, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) HOWEVER, THE PARTS TO DO THE RECALL REPAIRS WERE UNAVAILABLE. CHAPMAN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (3800 N 89 TH ST, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85251) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
