Consumer Description

I WAS PARKED IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX PARKINGS. I WAS CHARGING MY PHONE IN THE CAR WHILE THE ENGINE IS OFF. THE RADIO AS WELL AS THE INTERIOR LIGHTS WERE ON FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 MINS. THEN, I TRIED TO START THE ENGINE, BUT IT DID NOT START. IT WAS GIVING A WEIRD SOUND THAT IS SCARY TO ME, THE OWNER. SO, I LEFT IT AS IS FOR THE NIGHT. I AM NOW REPORTING THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN I ENTERED MY VEHICLE'S VIN NUMBER, THE WEBSITE STATED THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY RECALLS IN IT. I KNOW THAT 2015 FORD TAURUS HAS THIS RECALL PROBLEM, BUT FOR SOME REASON, MY CAR IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THESE CARS. *TR
