Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2014, 328D X-DRIVE. I'M THE ORIGINAL OWNER. I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR INTO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR A ENGINE LIGHT AND THE SMELL OF EXHAUST FUMES WHEN I START THE CAR. THE EXHAUST FUMES ARE VERY BAD. IF I START IT WITH THE AIR SYSTEM AT OFF I WILL NOT GET IT. THIS IS ONLY AT A STAND STILL AND THE WORST WHEN THE CARS STARTED. THE DEALER HAS DONE OVER $4000 IN REPAIRS AND HAVE REPLACED MANY FUEL INJECTORS. ONE OF THE REPAIRS THE MANIFOLD MELTED TO THE FUEL INJECTORS AND THEY REPLACED ALL. I'M STILL GETTING THE FUMES. VERY DISAPPOINTED BMW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY ONLY TELL ME TO SEE MY DEALER. THEY SAY THEY WILL START A REPORT. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND I'M STUCK WITH A CAR I LIKE VERY MUCH BUT NEED HELP GETTING EXHAUST FROM ENTERING THE CABIN FROM THE ENGINE AREA. *TR
