Consumer Description

I WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 25MPH WHILE USING THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND THEY STOPPED WHEN STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN (12 O'CLOCK). THE WIPERS ARE VERY EASY TO MOVE BY HAND.
