TL* THE CONTACT'S FATHER OWNS A 2014 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED AND IMMEDIATELY STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS INTERMITTENT AND HAPPENED 3 TIMES. CONSUMER STATED THE LAST FAILURE HAPPENED IN HER DRIVEWAY WHEN IT STALLED AND COULD NOT GET IT STARTED, IT STARTED THE FOLLOWING MORNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. IMPERIAL FORD (8 UXBRIDGE ROAD, MENDON, MA 01756), WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,577.*DT*JB CONSUMER BELIEVES THE CAUSE OF MALFUNCTION IS WITH THE FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE, BEHIND THE REAR PASSENGER SEAT.*JB
