Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 25 MPH WITH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE JERKED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE MOTOR MOUNTS WERE FRACTURED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT NO RECALLS WERE PRESENT FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 46,000.
