Consumer Description

5 TIMES ONE OR MORE SPARK PLUGS FAILED, CAUSING POWER LOSS TO GASOLINE ENGINE, SLOWING CAR TO A STOP. EACH TIME, THE CAR WAS ON THE FREEWAY (CA-2), UTILIZING CRUISE CONTROL. DEALER REPLACED SPECIAL SPARK PLUGS AS A WARANTY ISSUE. HAPPENED 2X IN 2015, 1X IN 2017, 1X IN 2018, 1X IN 2020. THE CAR WAS CLIMBING A SLIGHT GRADE, WEATHER WAS VARIABLE (COOL TO HOT), ALWAYS ON CRUISE CONTROL, SPEED NEVER EXCEEDING 60 MPH.
