Consumer Description

MY WATER PUMP SUDDENLY DIED. NO WARNING. I WENT FROM LOW ON HEATING FLUID TO OVER HEATING IN ABOUT A MINUTE. I KEEP MY CAR UP TO DATE ON ALL SERVICES WITHOUT FAIL. THIS IS MUCH SOONER THAN IT SHOULD FAIL. PLUS THE FACT THAT FORD CHARGES 4 TIMES MORE THAN OTHER CARS.
